How much do you charge?
We charge a flat rate (per job and depending on the job) upfront before any work is done, plus the dispatch fee for your area.
Is your service really 24/7?
Yes, someone is on call 24/7 for your plumbing emergencies. However, a call on weekdays after 5pm, weekends, and holidays is subject to an additional fee (available here).
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we have a one year guarantee on all parts and service supplied by Pronto Plumbing Service. There is also a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee; if it isn't done to your satisfaction, we will re-do it for free.
What is the Pronto Club?
The Pronto Club is a money saving opportunity that gives you peace of mind by taking care of your plumbing needs.
Do you sell water heaters?
Yes, we sell and install Rheem® brand water heaters.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
